Eon Containers – Return Policy

At Eon Containers, we aim to provide reliable, high-quality shipping containers and a smooth customer experience. While every container is carefully inspected before delivery, we understand that occasionally a return may be necessary. Please read our policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for standard containers, provided they are returned in the same structural condition as received. Containers that have been altered, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Customised or specially requested containers are non-returnable unless a verified manufacturing defect or shipping error is confirmed.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact our support team at sales@eoncontainers.com with:
- Your order number
- Delivery address
- A brief description of the reason for return
After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions on the next steps for returning the container.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned container. The review and processing period may take up to 7 business days from receipt. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless an alternative arrangement is agreed.
4. Return Shipping and Handling
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning a container unless the return is due to an error by Eon Containers. Containers must be transported safely using appropriate equipment to prevent further damage.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your container arrives damaged during transit or does not match your order specifications, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Eon Containers will organise a repair, replacement, or return at no additional cost to you.
