Are customizations possible?

Yes, we are able to customize your shipping container to fit your desired goal. Things such as roll up doors, vents, doors and windows. Our design team is highly skilled and experienced.

How do I make payment?

We accept payments by a bank transfer. 

Is it possible to make changes after order has been placed and confirmed.

In cases where customization has not yet begun, you are allowed to make changes. Once customization has begun, certain changes are not possible. 

You are able to make changes in your order if your order has not yet been sent out for delivery.

What if my container is delivered damages.

When your container is delivered, we will do a full inspection to ensure that no damages were sustained during transit. So if your container is delivered damaged, we will begin the process of a replacement or repair, at our expense.

How long does delivery take?

This depends on container size and customizations. But on average delivery takes 7 to 10 days. 

How do I place an order?

This can be done directly on our website by visiting the shop page or contacting our sales team. 

Do you offer warranty?

Yes, all of our containers comes with warranty. Feel free to file a claim if your container has any deffects in workmanship or material. Read more about it on our warranty page.

Are there hidden fees?

There are no hidden fees. Our goal is to offer a fair and transperent pricing strategy.

Can I inspect my container prior to delivery?

In most cases, our customers do an inspection upon delivery. However, yes you are welcome to inspect your container prior to delivery. You will still be required to do another inspection after delivery.

Do you do nationwide deliveries?

Yes, we offer nationwide deliveries in Australia.

What is your refund policy

Yes we do, contact us for a full refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery of your container. You can also cancel your order within 7 days after placing it to get a full refund. You can learn more on our refund policy page.
