Eon Containers Refund & Return Policy

At Eon Containers, we are committed to connecting our customers with durable, high-quality shipping containers while providing clear, fair, and transparent policies. We understand that buying a container is a significant investment, and sometimes plans change. Our refund and return policy is designed to give you confidence and peace of mind with every purchase.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Within 7 Days of Order: If you cancel your container purchase within 7 days of placing your order, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit — simple and hassle-free.

Customisations & Upgrades

For containers with modifications including additional doors, vents, insulation, or interior fittings, a 50% deposit is required to secure materials and preparation. This deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining 50% of the cost is due upon delivery. Customers are encouraged to approve all custom plans before work begins. Once preparation starts, changes may result in additional fees or be subject to our standard cancellation rules.

Returns Upon Delivery

If your container arrives damaged, does not match the agreed specifications, or is otherwise unsatisfactory, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the container is returned in the same condition as delivered.

Eon Containers is responsible for return transport costs, If any repairs must be done, the customer is responsible for the costs. This includes any repairs necessary to restore the container to its original condition. Inspections will be conducted prior to shipping to ensure a smooth and accurate refund process.

Delivery & Inspection

We recommend inspecting your container immediately upon delivery and reporting any issues right away. Early reporting helps us resolve problems quickly and fairly.

Containers must be returned to the original delivery site unless other arrangements are agreed upon with Eon Containers.
