At Eon Containers, we are committed to delivering every container safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Whether you order a standard unit or a customised container, our logistics team manages every step of the shipping process to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

1. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on container size, delivery location, site accessibility, and any special equipment required for placement. A detailed shipping estimate will be provided before your order is confirmed. Additional charges may apply for remote locations, restricted access, or crane-assisted placement.

2. Processing and Dispatch

  • Standard Containers: Orders are typically prepared and scheduled for dispatch within 3–7 business days after payment and delivery details are confirmed.
  • Custom or Modified Containers: Custom units may require additional preparation time. Estimated lead times will be communicated before shipping.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Local Deliveries (within the same region): 2–5 business days from dispatch
  • Interstate Deliveries: 7–14 business days from dispatch
    Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier schedules, weather conditions, or site accessibility.

4. Site Preparation and Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery site is accessible for trucks and equipment, including sufficient space and turning radius. If a delivery attempt cannot be completed due to restricted access, additional charges may apply for rescheduling or standby.

5. Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled shipment. Changes requested after the container is in transit may incur rerouting fees or delays.

6. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of shipment confirmation. After this period, cancellations may be subject to deductions for preparation and transport costs already incurred.

7. Delivery Inspection

Upon arrival, you should visually inspect your container before accepting it. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours, including photos and a detailed description. Eon Containers will assess the issue and arrange repair, replacement, or reimbursement as appropriate.
